Job Opening at Vox AM/FM/Digital

As the Office Coordinator at VOX AM/FM/DIGITAL, you will serve as the first point of contact for  all guests. The Office Coordinator must be enthusiastic and committed and will bring professionalism and poise to VOX AM/FM/Digital’s front line. Strong attention to detail will be required for data entry, and an understanding of basic business accounting and problem solving will be necessary for success.   

Duties:

  • Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the station
  • Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
  • Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
  • Accurately post daily cash receipts 
  • Assisting with sales order entry
  • Assist with scheduling and producing daily station commercial logs
  • Assist Account Exes with sales orders and traffic as needed
  • Assist in preparing monthly billing
  • Organize and execute online sales events

Qualifications:

  1. Proficient in computer skills including Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, image manipulation, social media and the ability to adapt to broadcast exclusive computer system
  2. Self-starter that is detail oriented, organized, must be excellent at written/ oral communication, possess strong problem-solving skills and possess strong multitasking skills
  3. Dependable with strong work ethic and possess a team player attitude
  4. Ability to interact with management and staff at all levels
  5. Aptitude to make decisions and work independently without immediate direction or supervision
